Yields: 4 Servings | Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 60 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. lean sirloin or chuck
2 lbs. baby yellow potatoes
1 lb. radishes or turnips
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Steak Shake
1 tablespoon SPF 7
3 tablespoons olive oil

🔥 PROCESS:

1 | Bring your oven or grill up to 425°F.

2 | Trim any excess fat off the meat and cut into 2-inch cubes.

3 | Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters.

4 | Wash the radishes or turnips and cut into quarters.

5 | In a large bowl, add the steak cubes, quartered potatoes, radishes, olive oil, minced garlic, FL Steak Shake & SPF 7.

6 | Toss the ingredients until everything is coated in the seasoning and oil mixture.

7 | Create 4 foil boats large enough to hold ¼ of the mixture, leaving room to fold closed.

8 | Divide the steak and potatoes evenly among the foil packets. Add more seasoning now if desired.

9 | Wrap the foil tightly to seal the contents inside.

10 | If grilling: Cook foil packs over high heat for 10–15 minutes per side, checking every 10 minutes until steak reaches 135°F internal temp.

11 | If baking: Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20–30 minutes, checking every 10 minutes until cooked to your liking.

12 | Carefully open each foil packet—watch for steam!

13 | If excess juices are present, pour them off into a heat-safe container and return opened packets to grill/oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the meat and veggies.

14 | Top with fresh green onion or chives for an extra burst of flavor.

15 | Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

16 | Serve and enjoy hot off the foil!
