These **Pickle Smoked Chicken Wings** are smoky, juicy, and perfectly crispy—thanks to an overnight brine in **Those Florida Guys Spicy Pickle juice** and a bold rub of **FL Fin & Fowl** and **FL Steak Shake**. Easy to prep and a total flavor bomb, these wings are perfect for game day, backyard BBQs, or just because!

INGREDIENTS:

4 lbs. chicken wings
3-4 cups Those Florida Guys Spicy Pickle Brine
3 tbsp FL Fin & Fowl
3 tbsp FL Steak Shake
Apple cider vinegar (optional)

🔥 PROCESS:

1 | Pat chicken wings dry.

2 | Add wings to a large zip-top bag and pour in the **pickle brine**.

**Pro Tip:** Add apple cider vinegar if you need extra liquid to fully submerge the wings.

3 | Marinate in the fridge for **8 hours or overnight**.

4 | Preheat smoker to **300°F**.

5 | Drain wings well—leave slightly damp so seasoning sticks.

6 | Lay wings out on a pan. Season **liberally** with **FL Fin & Fowl**, then with **FL Steak Shake**.

7 | Flip and repeat seasoning on the other side.

8 | Arrange wings evenly on the smoker, using indirect heat.

9 | Smoke at **300°F** for **1.5-2 hours** until wings reach **165°F internal temp**.

10 | Increase smoker to **350°F** and finish until wings reach **190-200°F internal** for that crispy skin.

11 | Rest wings for **5 minutes**.

12 | Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce—or enjoy them as-is, no sauce needed!
